Oxford is a lovely city in England. It is famous for its old buildings and beautiful places. Many students come here to learn from one of the oldest universities in the world, the University of Oxford.
Oxford is where two rivers, the Isis and Cherwell, meet. The city has many old and interesting buildings, like colleges and churches. You can also visit parks and gardens, such as University Parks and Port Meadow.
People from all over the world visit Oxford to see its special places. Some famous spots include Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford, Carfax Tower, and the Oxford Botanic Garden. The city is also close to London, making it easy to explore more of England.
Oxford has a long history, starting from old times. It became a city in 1542 and has grown with new schools, shops, and factories. Today, it is a busy place with lots to see and do, perfect for young explorers!
