The Quran

The Quran is a very special book for many people. It is the main holy book of Islam. Muslims believe the Quran came from God, called Allah. They think it is a message to help people live good lives.

The Quran is written in Arabic. It has 114 parts called surahs. Each surah has verses called ayahs. People read the Quran during special times, like prayers. It is very important to Muslims, and they treat it with great care.

Muslims believe the Quran was shared by the Prophet Muhammad. An angel named Gabriel gave the messages to Muhammad over many years. People think the Quran teaches about right and wrong, and stories of old prophets.

The Quran is also famous for its beautiful writing style. Many artists and writers love the way it sounds and looks. Special writings called calligraphy are used to write the Quran, making it look lovely in homes, buildings, and art.

The Quran talks about many ideas, like believing in one God, being kind, and thinking about life after this world. It is read and loved by millions of people around the globe.
