Binhe Subdistrict, Beijing

Binhe Subdistrict is a local area in the southern part of Pinggu District, in Beijing, China. It is known in simplified Chinese as 滨河街道, in traditional Chinese as 濱河街道, and its name in pinyin is Bīnhé Jiēdào. The name "Binhe" means "Shore River," reflecting its location.
This subdistrict was created in 2002 and is surrounded by Pinggu Town, with Xinggu Subdistrict to its north. It is an important community within the larger Beijing area.
