KXEN was an American software company that operated from 1998 until 2013. During its time, KXEN focused on creating tools to help businesses analyze data and make better decisions. These tools were especially useful for companies that needed to understand large amounts of information quickly.

History
KXEN was started in June 1998 by Roger Haddad and Michel Bera. The company was based in San Francisco, California, with additional offices in Paris and London. In September 2013, SAP AG announced it would buy KXEN, and by October 1, 2013, the purchase was complete.
KXEN was known for selling software that used predictive analytics to help make decisions.
Predictive analytics
InfiniteInsight was a predictive modeling suite created by KXEN. It helped analysts and business leaders find useful information from data. The tool could be used for many tasks, such as understanding important factors, grouping people, predicting future trends, and suggesting products.
It also offered advanced features like behavior modeling and could work with data from SAS or SPSS. Other tools that did similar work included SAS Enterprise Miner, IBM SPSS Modeler, and Statistica. Free options like the R package and Weka were also available.
