The Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a healthcare organization in England that started in April 2001. It was formed by combining two older healthcare trusts: North East Lincolnshire NHS Trust and Scunthorpe and Goole Hospitals NHS Trust. This trust is very important because it helps take care of people in three main places: Grimsby, Scunthorpe, and Goole.

It runs three big hospitals. The Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital is in Grimsby, Scunthorpe General Hospital is in Scunthorpe, which is also in Lincolnshire, and Goole and District Hospital is in the East Riding of Yorkshire. These hospitals provide many kinds of medical care to people living in and around these areas.

In 2001, the trust also worked together with the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust to create a special service called the Path Links Pathology Service. This helped improve how tests and examinations are done for patients. Later, in January 2016, the trust was one of five in England that were planning big changes to improve their services even more.

This trust was one of 11 to be placed into special measures after a review found higher than expected mortality rates. It received support from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and was later taken out of special measures in July 2014.

In April 2016, Scunthorpe General Hospital was judged to be "inadequate" by the Care Quality Commission, while Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby was rated as "requires improvement", and Goole and District Hospital was rated "good". The trust faced challenges with backlogs in appointments and services, particularly in ophthalmology, and had to cancel many appointments after a ransomware attack in October 2016.
