Fuchsian theory

Fuchsian theory is a special way to study certain math problems called linear differential equations. It is named after Lazarus Immanuel Fuchs, a mathematician.
This theory helps us understand places where these math problems get tricky, called singularities.
In math, we study equations called homogeneous linear differential equations. At some points, called ordinary points, we can find clear and simple answers.
But at other points, called singularities, things are different. Fuchsian theory helps us learn about these singularities and how they connect to each other.
Generalized series solutions
This section explains a special math solution called a Frobenius series. It helps solve certain equations by using powers of numbers and adding them up in a special way. These solutions are named after Frobenius. They can help us understand how functions change by looking at their derivatives. Indicial equation
The indicial equation is a way to study special points in math problems. When we look at a math problem at a special point, we can find important information by solving this equation.

Formal fundamental systems
