Career

Jasper William Johnson, known as Lil Shine, began making music in 2017 when he was twelve years old. He became popular in 2019 with songs like "Stop!" and "Relax!" In 2020, he joined a rap group called the Reptilian Club Boyz, but the group ended in 2021.

In 2023, Lil Shine worked with a rapper named Summrs on a song called "Hop Out." He released his second album, Shine Forever, on January 1, 2025. Later, on May 15, 2026, he released another album called Get Rich Or Die Sippin'. This album included songs with Summrs and another artist named Kankan.

Legal issues

In December 2024, Lil Shine and two others were charged by the government for trying to get medicines without permission. They were accused of using tricks to get this information. Lil Shine said he was not guilty.
