Michelin stars are special awards for the best restaurants around the world. They help people find places with amazing food. In Florida, 31 restaurants have these awards as of 2025.

One of these is L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, which has two stars. This means the food there is very special. Another place is Stubborn Seed in Miami Beach. It has one star and a green star for caring about the environment. Victoria & Albert's is also a one-star restaurant. It was the first restaurant in a theme park to get a Michelin star.
