List of national parks of Hungary

Hungary has ten national parks that cover about 10 percent of the country. These special areas protect nature and are managed by a government agency called the National Parks of Hungary. Some of these parks are very important and are recognized as a World Heritage Site, meaning they have special value for all of humanity. These parks are wonderful places to enjoy Hungary's forests, rivers, and mountains.
