Montenegro took part in the 2026 Winter Olympics, which were held in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, from February 6 to February 22, 2026. The Winter Olympics is a big event where athletes from many countries come together to compete in snowy and icy sports.

Branislav Peković, an alpine skier from Montenegro, had the honor of carrying the country’s flag during the opening ceremony. During the closing ceremony, a volunteer carried the flag for Montenegro.
