Sharon Peterson

Sharon Roberta Peterson, born on November 27, 1942, in Inglewood, California, was an American volleyball player. She played for the United States national team and took part in big international competitions.

Peterson competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics, the 1967 Pan American Games, and the 1968 Summer Olympics. Her work helped grow the sport, and she is remembered as an important part of American volleyball history.
