Siemens Energy AG is a German energy company that started in 2020. It was created when the Gas and Power part of Siemens became its own company. This new company fully owns Siemens Gamesa, which makes wind turbines.

As of November 2024, Siemens still owns 17% of the company.

In 2023, the company had some problems with its wind turbines, which made its share price drop. But by late 2023, the share price started to go up again. In 2024, Siemens Energy shares rose over 300%, becoming the best-performing company in the Stoxx 600 and reaching their highest price ever.

In April 2020, Siemens Energy became its own company after Siemens reorganized. The energy part of Siemens moved to this new company.
