Soviet cuisine
Adapted from Wikipedia ยท Adventurer experience
Soviet cuisine was the way people cooked and ate in the Soviet Union. It came from many different cultures and foods from all over the country coming together. Because of this, many dishes were simple and used only a few ingredients.
This style of cooking was common in big dining halls where people ate together. It also became part of everyday meals in homes, especially in large cities. Soviet food often used ideas from French, Russian, and other nearby countries, but made them easier to prepare.
One important book, called The Book of Tasty and Healthy Food, helped shape how people cooked and ate during this time. It was first printed in 1939 and guided many recipes.
