Torta Tre Monti

Torta Tre Monti is a special cake from San Marino. It is called "Three Mountain Cake" because it looks like the Three Towers of San Marino. This cake has thin, waffle-like layers stuck together with chocolate or hazelnut cream. The whole cake is covered in a smooth chocolate coating.
