900 North Michigan

900 North Michigan is a tall building in Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It was finished in 1989 and stands 871 feet tall. As of 2023, it is the eleventh tallest building in Chicago and the 59th tallest in the whole country.

The building includes a fancy shopping place called the 900 North Michigan Shops. A big store named Bloomingdale's is at the back of a six-story open space, with many other expensive shops and restaurants around it. Because of this, many people call it the "Bloomingdale's Building."

There are also offices and a very fancy hotel called the Four Seasons Hotel inside the building. Some parts of the building have been changed into homes people can buy. The outside of the building looks very nice, covered in limestone and green glass, and it has four bright lights on top that change color during the Christmas season.

Office tenants

The building has many important offices inside it. Some of these offices belong to big companies like Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Sales Office and Berkshire Hathaway. Other offices are for groups such as BW Capital Partners, Edgewater Funds, and Grosvenor Capital Management. There are also offices for JHL Capital Group, JMB Financial Advisors, JMB Insurance, and JMB Realty. Additional offices are used by Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Rush Street Gaming, and Walton Street Capital.

The 900 Shops have many popular stores and a hotel. Some of the stores include Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Bloomingdales, Equinox Fitness, Mario Tricoci, Gucci, Club Monaco, Lululemon Athletica, Enchante, Bonobos, Rigby & Peller, Kate Spade New York, Sur La Table, MaxMara, and Mini Me. There are also other shops like Kate Spade, Bellina Caetano, Atlas Galleries, Azeeza, Crosell & Co., and L’Agence.
