Anaysi Hernández

Anaysi Hernández Sarriá, also known as Anaisis, was born on 30 August 1981. She is a Cuban judoka, which means she is an athlete who competes in judo. Judo is a sport where athletes try to throw each other to the ground using special moves.
Anaysi achieved a big honor in her sport. She won the silver medal in the women's 70kg category at the 2008 Summer Olympics. The Olympics is a huge event where athletes from all over the world come together to compete in many different sports. Winning a silver medal means she was one of the top two athletes in her category that year. This shows how skilled and dedicated she is to judo.
