Beelitz-Heilstätten is a part of the town of Beelitz. It has a big hospital area with about 60 buildings. One of these buildings is a special plant that makes both heat and electricity, built in 1898.

Some parts of the hospital are still open to help people recover, while other parts stand empty. Recently, many buildings have been fixed up, and more people now live in the area.
