The Club de Rugby Les Abelles is a professional rugby team from Valencia, Spain. They play in Spain's top rugby league, called the División de Honor. Rugby is a fun and exciting sport where players run, pass, and try to score points by carrying an oval ball across a line.

The club started in 1971 thanks to a teacher named Halangode Noel. He taught at a school in Valencia and loved rugby, especially a team from London called the Wasps. He wanted to create a similar team with young students in his school.

The name "Les Abelles" means "Bees" in the local language of Valencia. This was a bold choice during a time when the country was led by Francisco Franco, and many people had strong feelings about language and culture. For many years, the team wore orange uniforms because another local team already used similar colors to the Wasps. Today, their colors look more like the famous English club.

Over the years, Les Abelles has played at different levels in Spanish rugby. In 2020, they moved up to the top league when another team could not continue. Since then, they have been a part of Spain's best rugby competition, bringing excitement and teamwork to fans everywhere.
