Chinese Riviera

The term Chinese Riviera is used for some very special and beautiful tourist places in China. These places are close to the Canton River in South China. Two of the main spots are Hong Kong and Macau, which are famous and full of things to see and do.

Other lovely areas called the Chinese Riviera are found in the city of Zhuhai in Guangdong Province. There are also beautiful coastal spots along the south-eastern coast of Hainan. This stretch of coast goes from Haitang Bay in Sanya all the way to a place called Xiangshuiwan, which means Perfume Bay, in Lingshui Li.

These places are popular with visitors because of their nice beaches, great views, and many fun activities. People come from all over to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the sea.
