Daniel Hubert Barrow, Jr. (July 22, 1909 – November 4, 1993) was an American rower who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics. He was the eldest child in a family with eleven siblings.

Barrow was one of the young rowers from West Philadelphia Catholic High School chosen by Jack Kelly Sr. to join the Pennsylvania Athletic Club's famous rowing team called the "Big Eight." This team, which included rowers like Chester Turner and Joe Dougherty, won all of their 31 races between 1928 and 1932. One of their big wins was at the 1930 FISA world rowing championship in Liège, Belgium, where they broke the world record and won by a big margin.

At the 1936 Olympics, Barrow competed in the single sculls competition. Even though his boat was heavier than the ones used by European rowers, he almost won a medal. After being bumped by another rower and dropping to fourth place, he worked hard to catch up and took home the bronze medal. Barrow was later honored by being added to the West Catholic High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
