Erik Hoffmann (born 22 August 1981) is a Namibian professional road bicycle racer. He was born in Windhoek. After completing his studies, Hoffmann began his journey in professional cycling, which has continued to this day.

In 2001, he moved to the University of Stuttgart in Germany to study Electrical Engineering. During the years 2002 to 2004, he was a member of Team Stuttgardia Stuttgart. Since then, Hoffmann has dedicated himself to competing in races around the world as a professional cyclist.

Palmarès

Erik Hoffmann has achieved many impressive results in his cycling career. In 2003, he won a silver medal at the All African Games in Abuja, Nigeria. In 2007, he earned a gold medal at the National Road Championships and also won silver at the B World Championships in Cape Town. Hoffmann placed 21st in the cycling events at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. He also won bronze medals at the African Championships in Namibia in 2009, both in the road race and individual time trial events.
