Forum 66 is a big building area in Shenyang, Liaoning, made up of two very tall skyscrapers. Tower 1 is 384 meters high with 76 floors, and it was finished in 2015. Tower 2 is a little shorter at 351 meters with 68 floors, but its building stopped in 2026 and isn't done yet. The two buildings were built by Hang Lung Properties and share their Chinese name with other projects like Plaza 66.
