The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, also known as the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, is a very tall building in Miami, Florida. With 70 stories and a height of 781 feet (238 meters), it stands as the third tallest building in Miami and in Florida. Located in the Brickell Financial District of downtown Miami, the building includes a fancy hotel, office space, and homes called condominiums on the top floors.

Built between 2000 and 2003, the building was carefully made to stay strong during big storms like hurricanes. Experts planned and built it using strong materials such as steel reinforcing and a special kind of concrete mixed with silica-fume. For many years after it opened, it was the tallest building in the area until another tower, the Panorama Tower, became taller in 2017.
