Frankford Transit Center is a busy transportation terminal located in the Frankford area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the United States. Before it was rebuilt in 2003, the station was called Bridge-Pratt station. Today, the Frankford Transit Center serves as the last stop for SEPTA Metro L trains before they continue their journey westbound to 69th Street Transit Center. This important hub helps many people travel easily around the city.

Overview

The Frankford Transit Center is a busy place where many buses end their routes. It is also the last stop for the L train, a subway and elevated train line operated by SEPTA. The L train starts its journey at 69th Street Transit Center, just west of Philadelphia, and travels over and under the city streets before reaching the Frankford Transit Center.
