Georgia took part in the 2026 Winter Olympics held in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, from February 6 to February 22, 2026. The team had eight athletes, with four men and four women, who competed in two sports: alpine skiing and figure skating.
Figure skaters Luka Berulava and Diana Davis carried the flag for Georgia during the opening ceremony. Later, Luka Berulava and Nino Tsiklauri had the honor of being flagbearers during the closing ceremony.
One of the biggest moments came on February 16 when Luka Berulava and Anastasiia Metelkina won a silver medal in the figure skating pairs event. This was a historic achievement, as it was the first ever Winter Olympic medal won by Georgia.
