The JPMorganChase Center is a tall building with 42 floors in Seattle, Washington, in the United States. It stands at 182.18 meters (597.7 feet) tall, making it the ninth tallest building in Seattle. When it was finished, it was the largest new skyscraper to appear in the city's downtown area in almost 15 years.

Originally, the building was called WaMu Center because it was built to be the new home office for Washington Mutual, a bank. The bank wanted all its workers in one place to make work better and easier. Building finished in early 2006, and workers started moving in March of that year. However, in September 2008, Washington Mutual had trouble and sold its things to JPMorgan Chase. In June 2009, the building was renamed Chase Center.

In September 2009, a company named Northwestern Mutual bought the building and renamed it again, this time to Russell Investments Center, after one of its companies, Russell Investments, moved its headquarters there from Tacoma, Washington. The building includes space for the Seattle Art Museum on the first few floors and connects to the museum's older building nearby. It also has a special roof garden for workers and shows a "12" on its side during Seattle Seahawks football games to honor the team's fans, known as the 12th man. In July 2024, Russell Investments said it would move its headquarters to another building, the Rainier Square Tower. At the same time, JPMorgan Chase expanded its space in the JPMorganChase Center and began putting up new signs in January 2026.

Tenants

The JPMorganChase Center has many important businesses inside it. Some of these include the Seattle Art Museum, Nordstrom, Oracle, and Zillow, which has its main office here. Other businesses such as Indeed, Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Perkins Coie also have spaces in the building.

There is also a nice garden on the 17th floor that can be seen from the roof on the 43rd floor.
