Jim Higgins (luger)

Jim Higgins, born on March 9, 1936, was an American luger. A luger is a person who competes in a winter sport where they slide down icy tracks on their stomachs in a small sled. Jim participated in the men's doubles event at the 1964 Winter Olympics, which is a big and exciting sports event that happens every few years.
