KAMZ

KAMZ is a radio station that broadcasts on 103.5 MHz and is also called "La Ley 103.5." It plays Regional Mexican music, a style popular with many listeners. The station is based in Tahoka, Texas [/w/3], but it serves the larger Lubbock area. Right now, the station is owned by a person named Rick Benavides [/w/1]. If you live near Lubbock and enjoy Regional Mexican music, KAMZ is a great place to tune in.
History
The radio station first started broadcasting on June 27, 1997, under the name KAWD. Later, on December 4, 2000, it changed its name to KAMZ, which is what it is called today.
