Kyrgyzstan took part in the 2008 Summer Olympics, which were held in Beijing, the capital of the People's Republic of China. The games lasted from August 8 to August 24, 2008. During this time, athletes from many countries, including Kyrgyzstan, came together to compete in many different sports. These events were a chance for Kyrgyzstan to show their skills and take part in one of the world’s biggest sporting celebrations.
