List of Michelin-starred restaurants in Florida

Michelin stars are special awards given to top restaurants around the world. They help people find places where they can enjoy really great food. In Florida, there are 31 restaurants that have earned these awards as of 2025.

One of these is L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, which has two stars. This means the food there is so special that it’s worth taking a trip just to eat there. Another special place is Stubborn Seed in Miami Beach. It has one star and also a green star, showing it cares for the environment. Victoria & Albert's is another one-star restaurant, and it was the first restaurant in a theme park to get a Michelin star.

The Michelin Guides have been around since 1900. They were created by a French tire company to help drivers find good places to eat, which would also encourage them to drive more and need new tires. Over time, getting a star became a big honor for restaurants. Inspectors who are experts visit the restaurants many times to check on the quality of the food, the skills of the chefs, and if the experience is worth the price. If they think the restaurant is really excellent, it can earn one, two, or even three stars.

Florida’s first list of Michelin-starred restaurants was announced on June 9, 2022. This happened after Florida’s tourism board and local areas like Miami, Orlando, and Tampa made a deal with Michelin. In 2025, Michelin announced it would start including more places in Florida like Fort Lauderdale, The Palm Beaches, and St. Petersburg-Clearwater. By 2026, the whole state will be covered by the guide.
