Morib

Morib is a mukim in Kuala Langat District, Selangor, Malaysia, under the administration of Zone 18 of Kuala Langat Municipal Council. It is known for Morib Beach, a quiet seaside spot that draws visitors. The beach was one of the first landing points for British and Indian Army forces at the end of World War II in 1945.
Located near Simpang Morib, about 10 km from Banting, Morib is a popular spot for swimming and attracts over 10,000 visitors each year, especially in August, during festive seasons, and public holidays. Notable figures, such as the Honourable Leader of the National Boys Scout and former Malaysian Education Minister Datuk Shafie Salleh, have been recognized for their presence on this beach.
Attractions
Morib Beach has some seafood restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood by the sea. The town is also home to a popular hotel resort called Gold Coast Morib. This resort has fun features like a water theme park, flying fox cables, and a kayaking pond.
