NTV Plus (Nepali TV channel)

NTV Plus is a television channel in Nepal. It is one of the five program divisions of Nepal Television and began broadcasting in 2003. The channel operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

NTV Plus was created to connect with young people by offering a mix of entertainment, informative shows, and sports. It has become very popular with viewers because of its wide variety of programs.

The channel shows big sporting events like the FIFA World Cup and the Olympic Games, along with many national and international sports competitions. Most of its shows are entertainment-based, including music and soap operas, with some informative and sports programs as well. NTV Plus also features a live musical program every day.

NTV Plus is available through satellite and through five ground stations. It can also be watched online around the world. The channel plans to add more ground stations in the future. Right now, about 40% of Nepal’s population and 27% of the country’s land area can easily receive NTV Plus.

The channel also features reality shows such as Mero Dance Universe, Namaste TV Show, Wai Wai Quiz, Maithili Subhaprabhab, and Young Achievers. In the past, it has also aired shows like Play It On, Kakigandaki ko Sero Phero, and Aabiral Bagdacha Indrawati.
