Parc1 is a very tall building in Seoul, South Korea. It cost a lot of money to build—about US$1.5 billion. A company called Skylan Properties Korea Ltd. is building it. They have offices in Seoul, Beijing, and Kuala Lumpur. A big bank named Morgan Stanley helped them get the money needed for the project.
Before Parc1 was built, the spot was used for parking cars. The area is big, covering 46,465 square metres. It is located between places where people work and live, close to a park called Yeouido Park. A famous architect named Lord Richard Rogers designed Parc1.
