Parco naturale della Valle del Ticino
Adapted from Wikipedia ยท Discoverer experience
The Ticino Valley Natural Park is a nature reserve and regional park in Piedmont, Italy. It is a riverine park that creates a green space just outside of Milan, close to Pavia and Varese. The park runs along the Ticino River and is home to many animals, including foxes, badgers, weasels, skunks, and martens.
Over time, people have brought back European otters and roe deer to the park, which helps keep the nature balanced. The park is also a great place for fishing and watching birds. Two special places in the park are Bernate Ticino and Morimondo Abbey, which have their own history and beauty.
