Premiere on Pine (formerly known as 815 Pine) is a very tall building in Seattle, Washington. It stands 440 feet (130 meters) high and has 40 floors. The building was designed by Weber Thompson and built by Holland Partners Group.
It is located at the corner of Pine Street and 9th Avenue. Nearby places include the Paramount Theatre and the Convention Place station. Construction started in August 2012 and finished in March 2014. People could start renting rooms there in December 2014.
As of July 2021, the building is managed and rented out by Bozzuto Management Company.
