Rimpfischhorn
Adapted from Wikipedia · Discoverer experience
The Rimpfischhorn (4,199 m) is a mountain in the Pennine Alps of Switzerland. It stands tall among the beautiful peaks of the Alps and offers amazing views for anyone who visits.
One special part of the Rimpfischhorn is a sub-peak called Grosser Gendarm, which reaches a height of 4,107 meters along its north ridge.
The first people to climb the Rimpfischhorn were Leslie Stephen and Robert Living. They were guided by Melchior Anderegg and Johann Zumtaugwald, and they made their climb on September 9, 1859. They started their journey from Fluh Alp and went up through a place called the Rimpfischwänge.
