Siemens Energy AG is a German energy company that began operating in 2020. It was created when the Gas and Power division of Siemens became its own company. This new company also fully owns Siemens Gamesa, which makes wind turbines.

Christian Bruch is the CEO of Siemens Energy, and Joe Kaeser, the former CEO of Siemens AG, leads the supervisory board. Shareholders approved the creation of Siemens Energy on July 9, 2020, and its shares started trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on September 28, 2020. As of November 2024, Siemens still owns 17% of the company.

In 2023, the company faced problems with some of its wind turbines, which caused its share price to drop sharply. However, by late 2023, the share price began to recover. In 2024, Siemens Energy shares rose over 300%, becoming the best-performing company in the Stoxx 600 and reaching their highest price ever.

In April 2020, Siemens Energy became its own company after Siemens reorganized. The energy part of Siemens moved to this new company.
