Tazhong

Tazhong (Chinese: 塔中镇; Pinyin tǎ zhōng zhèn) is a town located in Qiemo County, within the Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang. It was officially created on July 24, 2015. The town oversees one community known as Tazhong Community (Chinese: 塔中虚拟社区).
Typically, Tazhong has a population of around 20,000 people. However, about 90% of these residents are temporary, meaning they live there for a limited time before moving on. Despite its relatively recent establishment, Tazhong has become an important part of the region's local administration and community life.
