The British School, Alexandria (Arabic: المدرسة البريطانية بالاسكندرية) is a British international school located in Roushdy, in Alexandria, Egypt. It offers education to students from the age of 3 up to 18. This school follows the British education system, providing a curriculum that prepares students for global opportunities. Situated in one of Egypt's most famous cities, the school combines modern facilities with a strong focus on learning and personal growth.

History

The British School in Alexandria started in 1984 on land owned by the British consulate. Over the years, it moved to five different places. By 2015, the school had students from 23 different countries. In 2019, the younger students moved to a new home near the British Council offices. By 2020, the school was taken over by a company called Emerald and is now run by Eduhive.

The Prep School

The prep school teaches children from year 1 to year 6. It is part of The British School, Alexandria, which is a British international school located in Roushdy, Alexandria, Egypt. The school serves students ages 3–18.
