Tinani language

Tinani, also known as Tinan, is a special language belonging to the Sino-Tibetan family. People speak this language in parts of India and Tibet. Specifically, it is used in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh and in western areas of Tibet.

The language is mainly spoken in the lower Chandra, Tinan, and Rangloi valleys. These valleys are located in the Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh. One of the most important villages where Tinani is spoken is called Gondhla.
