The William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center is a modern swimming facility located in Irvine, California.

The William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center is an aquatics venue located in Irvine, California, United States. Operated by the City of Irvine, it offers year-round programs for people of all ages. The center has two 50-meter pools and a 25-yard instruction pool, making it a great place for learning, fun, and competing in swimming and water sports.

During the 1984 Summer Olympics, the center hosted the swimming part of the modern pentathlon event, putting it on the world stage. Since then, it has welcomed many important competitions, including the 2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships, the United States Swimming National Championships in several years, and the 2015 USA Water Polo National Junior Olympics.

Originally called the Heritage Park Aquatics Center, it was renamed in honor of the city’s first City Manager and rebuilt starting in 2003. Today, it is used by teams from Concordia University and Irvine High School, as well as many local groups and athletes.
