What is ARST?

ARST is a transportation company that helps people travel around the beautiful island of Sardinia in Italy. It is owned by the government of Sardinia and has its main office in the city of Cagliari.

How does ARST help people travel?

ARST has many buses that go on long trips across the island. It also runs city buses in places like Alghero, Carbonia, Iglesias, Macomer, Guspini, and Oristano.

Besides buses, ARST also runs special trains on narrow tracks. There are even two fun tram systems in Sassari and Cagliari.

Fun train tours

One of the special things ARST does is run train tours called the Trenino Verde. These tours let people see the lovely parts of Sardinia by rail, making travel easier and more fun for everyone.
