Allentown was started in 1762. It sits near the Lehigh River, which flows into the Delaware River. Close by, you’ll find friendly towns like Bethlehem and Easton. Allentown is about a hour’s drive from big cities like Philadelphia and New York City.

Allentown is full of fun places to explore! One of the most popular spots is Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, an amazing amusement park with exciting rides like Steel Force. You can also visit the Allentown Art Museum to see beautiful artworks.
