Beihai Park is a lovely garden in Beijing, China. It is close to the old Forbidden City. People have enjoyed this park for many years. It was built a long time ago, in the 12th century.

The park has a big lake with a special island called Jade Flower Island. Visitors can walk around and see many pretty buildings. There are temples, pavilions, and walls with colorful designs. The park looks like places far away, such as near the Yangtze Delta.

Today, Beihai Park is a favorite spot for people to relax. It covers a large area and has many green spaces. The name “Beihai” means “Northern Sea.” It is part of a group of important places called Zhongnanhai. The park is a wonderful place to explore and enjoy nature.
