British Gymnastics is the big group that helps people do gymnastics in the United Kingdom. It takes care of many fun kinds of gymnastics, like Acrobatic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Trampoline, and both Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.

This group works with gymnastics teams all around the UK. These teams are English Gymnastics, Gymnastics Northern Ireland, Scottish Gymnastics, and Welsh Gymnastics. British Gymnastics helps teach coaches and makes rules for competitions. It makes sure everyone has safe and happy places to practice and compete.

Many great gymnasts from the UK have gone on to do amazing things in big international events. British Gymnastics started a long time ago in 1888 and has grown to be very important for gymnastics in the United Kingdom. It even holds big competitions each year, like the British Gymnastics Championships, where gymnasts show off their skills.
