Rhythmic gymnastics is a fun sport where people move and dance with different objects. One of the objects they use is called clubs. Clubs look like small sticks with weights on both ends. They can spin and shine when a gymnast moves them.

Gymnasts throw and catch clubs while dancing around. This takes a lot of practice and good balance. Clubs can be made from wood or plastic and come in many colors.

People of all ages enjoy rhythmic gymnastics with clubs around the world. It is a beautiful way to combine dance, sport, and art. It also helps people become more flexible and focused.
