Hangzhou has been around for a very long time, since 221 BC. It was once called Qiantang and later Hangzhou. The city grew and became important for trade and culture. Today, Hangzhou is a busy city with many big companies and science activities. Famous companies like Alibaba Group have offices here.

One of Hangzhou’s most famous spots is West Lake, a special area recognized by the world. West Lake has old towers, hills, and tea fields. People visit West Lake to enjoy its calm water and beautiful views. Near West Lake, there is a place called Dreaming of the Tiger Spring, known for its clear water and tea farms.
