Huqin Instruments
Huqin instruments are special musical tools used in Chinese music. They have a round bottom part and a long neck. Most of them have two strings and are played with a bow. The strings are often covered with thin wood or snakeskin.
There are many kinds of Huqin instruments. Some common ones are the Erhu, Gaohu, and Zhonghu. Others include the Jinghu for opera shows and bigger instruments like the Dahu and Gehu.
People think Huqin instruments came from faraway places, used by the Hu people. Similar instruments are played in countries like Mongolia, Korea, and Japan. These instruments are loved for their sweet, moving sounds in many types of music.
