Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park
The Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park is a special place in Atlanta, Georgia. It helps us learn about the life and work of an important person named Martin Luther King Jr.
You can visit his boyhood home, where he grew up. You can also visit Ebenezer Baptist Church, the church where he was baptized. Both Martin Luther King Jr. and his father, Martin Luther King Sr., worked there as pastors. The park has a peaceful outdoor area where you can see the tombs of King and his wife, Coretta Scott King.
