Merdeka 118

Merdeka 118 is a very tall building in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It has 118 stories and is very tall, even taller than many other buildings around the world. Only one building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, is taller.

People know about Merdeka 118 because it is special and important. It was finished in 2023 and opened in 2024. The name “Merdeka” means “independence” in the Malay language. The building looks special because it was designed to remember a leader named Tunku Abdul Rahman.

Merdeka 118 has many things inside, like offices, a hotel, and shops. There will also be places to look out over the city from very high up. The building is close to other fun places, like Stadium Merdeka and Petaling Street. Many people visit Kuala Lumpur to see this amazing tall building.

Merdeka 118 is also very green. It will get special awards for helping take care of the environment. The building has bright lights at night that make it look pretty. It is a proud symbol of Malaysia and its tall height shows how big and strong the country is.
